The room here is brand-new and well-kept, with a really nice bathroom 🚿. the bed is super comfy, and all the facilities are nice and clean. You can't beat the location-it's right by all the shopping spots, and there's a computer store just a 15-minute walk away.

Simple hotel and the location near to everything was nice and marvellous. Location: the venue was so close to nagoya hillmall / BCS mall, the market, and tourist attractions. The lunch in Resto Garpu Merah next to the hotel had every choice imaginable😀

The rooftop at Vanilla Hotel provided an excellent view in the night. We enjoyed relaxing and taking in the scenery. The staff, although they spoke very little English, were always friendly and smiling. The manager, Mr Bagus, was particularly helpful and provided valuable tips about the local attractions.

Excellent location in Nagoya, just a stone's throw away from Nagoya Hill shopping mall and the Harbourbay Ferry terminal. Helpful staff who provide great service to all guests.

The only minor issue we encountered was that the breakfast could be improved. More variety of items such as half-boiled eggs, nasi lemak, and fishballs would be preferred.

We had a great value for our money. the staff was accommodating and friendly. the location was perfect as it was walking distance to the shopping mall and temple. We also appreciated the complementary car service that we booked for our city sightseeing.
